Weekly Kriya Meditation
Join us for weekly meditation practice led by Hamsacharya (Kriya Yoga teacher) Andrew Burkamp. This group is intended as a gathering place for anyone interested in meditation. You will learn meditation techniques from the Kriya yoga tradition, as taught by Kriya Master Yogiraj Satgurunath Siddhanath. Kriya meditation is a yogic science that is a compliment to any other practice, secular and/or spiritual, on the path to self realization. No prior experience is necessary and all are welcome.

Kriya Yoga Meditation(For those who have learned the Kriya practice) :
The main focus of this practice is pranayama, or life-force control. By directing life-force energy in the central channel of the spine, physical, mental and spiritual purification occurs. As a result, karma is cleansed, you gain control over the psychic nerves, and begin the process of awakening kundalini (the indwelling spiritual energy).
Baby Kriya Yoga Meditation (For those who have not learned the Kriya Practice)
A simple and effective practice that gives you a taste of Kriya yoga meditation.
Golden Lotus Meditation:
This meditation uses visualization and connection with your breath to bring instantaneous peace and calm to your life by moving your focus from the stress of your thoughts to the love in your heart center.
Earth Peace Meditation:
Every full moon night, Yogiraj encourages us to sit for Earth Peace meditations at our individual homes anytime between the hours of 7 to 10pm local time. During the meditation session, there is a direct spiritual transmission from the Master. While experiencing “Still Mind”, humanity can experience oneness with the Creator, greater peace, and love. This great peace and love then can be released into all the world through the Earth Peace Meditation which utilizes group energy through chanting simple vowel sounds, visualization and intention.
